Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned product and will be credited back to the original credit card. We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 15% per item if the returned item is not received by us in new and re-saleable condition.

We do our best to stock everything we sell online in our own warehouse, so we generally ship out orders the same day or next day! (we will contact you if any items are temporarily out stock)

You have the option of either air, surface freight via parcel post mail, or you can pick up your order from our warehouse store only (1361 Powell St., Vancouver)
